Having the most tiresome time with @airtelindia and their supposed “new” fibre technology. Switched to the xtream plan and now have horrible connectivity, awful WiFi range and absolutely no improvement in speed! Anyone looking to switch, don’t choose Airtel.

@krishnasinghani @airtelindia Yes🙄 I got the fibre. But even with that technicians say you’ll get only 40mbs even though the promise is 200. Even worse is the WiFi coverage drops and rooms that had WiFi access before are all dead now. Don’t change from copper. Or shift out of Airtel.
