As companies hiring in Colorado comply with the law to include salary info in job ads, they're also more thoughtful in their language choice. 2021 CO job posts containing salary are also 50% more likely to use language that appeals to all ages than job posts without!

I’m colorblind and don’t point problems out as a reviewer because it’s a reasonably strong way to ID me. Many thanks to others who detect colorblind accessibility in papers! One simple rule that goes a long way: use line types in addition to color!
