In The Abolition of Man, Lewis argues that when a society stops believing in objective virtue, it doesn’t become tolerant… it becomes manipulable.

He calls the result “men without chests.”

People with appetites and intellects, but no courage, no honor, no trained moral instincts. They can calculate everything and defend nothing.

Lewis saw that once we reject inherited moral law, we don’t become free. We become raw material… easily shaped by propaganda, pleasure, and fear.

Modern man prides himself on compassion while quietly surrendering every standard that once gave compassion meaning.

Lewis’s insight is brutal: a civilization that educates clever cowards will eventually be ruled by tyrants or technicians.

Because when nothing is worth dying for, everything becomes negotiable… including human dignity.

The arrogance and self-importance of these @CDCgov bureaucrats is beyond belief. The reality is that the US would have been better off with no CDC at all during the pandemic. Their performance was a Chernobyl-level catastrophe. Their incompetence delayed the start of widespread testing at least a month, leading to panicked lockdowns. They forced useless masks over the faces of children for years. They delayed opening of schools for millions of kids. They misinformed the public on safety and efficacy of the vaccines, creating the rationale for the illegal mandates that divided the country. They rubber-stamped covid boosters for healthy kids in the absence of any science or rationale. They cannot credibly argue that the CDC saved a single life.
And their message is still based on fearmongering. It is all that they know and all that they have. Fear of unknown infectious disease "threats."

Transgenderism must revert to being a form of private eccentricity. Recognition as one's preferred gender can be privately negotiated but with no coercion by any entity private or public. We all have an absolute right to affirm or not affirm, believe or not believe, that gender identity exists, that no one can infringe.

Sex segregated spaces and activities remain segregated by sex, not "gender identity."

Adults are free to inflict bodily self-harm on themselves in pursuit of an appearance they like but outside of any pretense of a medical protocol -- these are cosmetic procedures that come with no promises to relieve dysphoria or unlock an authentic self and the cost is borne solely by the person seeking them. Any such promises constitute consumer fraud. Children are of course unable to consent to such procedures.

The state has no role in affirming any aspect of cross-gender ideation, avoids proselytizing to children in schools or to anyone else in any interface it has with the public. The person who has inflicted bodily self-harm on his sex traits is no more a distinct class of person to whom special privileges or protections can be conferred than a person who has covered his face in tattoos. The person who believes with all his heart that he is a woman at heart and would die if others don't recognize him as such imposes no duty on any other person to share in that belief or to pretend to share in it. That person must develop resiliency about living in a pluralistic, liberal, democratic society where every person has a right to belief and a corollary right to unbelief that no one may legitimately infringe.

Any and all deviations from this resolution are morally illegitimate and practically untenable.

The attempt to turn a private eccentricity into a social cause that justified the remaking of society was a ghastly and destructive mistake. It was made inevitable by certain facets of the culture and certain aspects of our politics. We must learn the lesson that experience has now taught us.

I implore you to take 3 minutes and read about one of the most courageous, brilliant, sacrificial men of our generation.

Most men have a flashy kind of courage, the willingness to fight with a bear because even if they lose they’ll die quickly. Very few men have what David Daleiden has, the bravery to fight long tortuous persecution & to live under the constant threat of prison time, bankruptcy, govt abuse & personal privacy violation for a DECADE.

David Daleiden exposed Planned Parenthood committing heinous crimes, trafficking aborted baby body parts for profit.

In 2015, abortionists speaking with David (who was wearing a hidden camera) swirled their wine in restaurants, laughing about buying new Lamborghinis with the money from selling baby livers, kidneys, and intact skulls.

The abortionists graphically described altering the late-term abortion procedure to procure in-tact baby body parts—which is also illegal.

They admitted the babies are sometimes born alive. What happens to those poor babies? Your imagination isn’t grisly enough.

David watched it all. He looked at the dead babies, big enough to hold in your hand. He saw the baby body parts lined up for sale. He bargained with Planned Parenthood, undercover, posing as a buyer, to hear them admit to breaking the law.

David once told me that of all the nightmarish things he had to endure while undercover, the smell of the babies’ blood will haunt him forever.

And for his courage, CA Attorney General Kamala Harris raided David’s apartment in California with 11 state DOJ agents with rifles & K-9s, and stole David’s laptop. The CA DOJ confiscated his footage, gagged him, and charged HIM with absurd crimes.

They didn’t charge Planned Parenthood with anything, because Kamala was buddies with the California Planned Parenthood sorority of grim reapers. The president of Planned Parenthood at the time, Cecile Richards’ daughter would soon become a top aide of Kamala Harris in the U.S. Senate. Documents later obtained show sit down meetings between Planned Parenthood executives & AG Kamala.

For nine years, David has been fighting for his freedom, without a single complaint. He doesn’t resent it. He’s not bitter. I asked him one time if he’d considered these consequences—prison maybe—when he designed the undercover operation. He shrugged nonchalantly. It would be worth it, he said, if Planned Parenthood is exposed, if the babies are saved.

He’s sacrificed a decade of his life. David’s videos of Planned Parenthood abortionists played an enormous role in the 2016 presidential election. Those videos changed the national conversation about abortion. When Trump looked at Hillary on stage in that final presidential debate and graphically described abortions of big, healthy babies in the 7th, 8th, 9th month of pregnancy, that was thanks to David. David’s reports are why even my hair dresser at the time—a committed Democrat—confided in me that she couldn’t vote for Hillary after hearing that answer on abortion.

For NINE YEARS, Kamala’s goons have been trying to ruin David. Those babies the abortionists sold to buy sports cars would be in 4th grade by now if they’d been allowed to live.

And finally, FINALLY, today the state of CA, exactly one week after Donald Trump was sworn into office, dropped all charges against David.

Because David Daleiden is a man with the kind of courage that matters to humanity. The courage to sacrifice his life, while living, for others.

As soon as I’m done typing this, I’m going to text him, to ask him how he did it.

Ask him why, nine years later, he never stopped fighting.

But I suspect I already know the answer.

The hysteria online over Trump's victory is tragic.

I mean, it's hilarious to watch the videos, of course. But in the real world people are probably going to take their lives over their despair and panic.

Why?

Because they have been so physiologically terrorized by Democrats and their operatives in the legacy media they actually believe something their own experience tells them isn't true: That Donald Trump, who was the actual president less than four years ago, is now some Hitlerian dictator who will destroy democracy as we know it.

If you believe this, you are akin to the person in the theater experiencing actual terror from the horror movie. The danger is not real. It is all projection and sound. Just look away from the screen. When the lights come up, you aren't in a cabin in the woods with a monster at all, you're in a comfy seat in an air-conditioned box in a suburb somewhere. All is well.

Will Trump enact policies you hate? Yes. That's what happens when the other side wins elections.

Will your side ever win another election? Sadly, yes.

Is Our Democracy™ over? No. The majority of Americans, and soon the majority of the electoral college, voted for Donald Trump. That's how Our Democracy works.

Feel free to hate Trump and his policies. I have hated Obama and his policies for three administrations now.

But don't blame Trump for your feeling of existential dread. Blame your own side for that. They have rilled you up into a state of terror for nothing more than their own power. You should hate them far more than you hate the side that rejected their lies.

The reactions to SCOTUS's immunity decision fall broadly into two category:

1. People who have actually read the decision, and realize that SCOTUS affirmed immunity for official acts, ordering the lower courts to determine if any of Trump's accused actions weren't official.

2. People who are making things up, so they can be angry about the things they made up.
