@joe_kalish@HotStoveCubbies They are both likely going to want to get paid much more than they are making now based upon both of them having very good years.
@AlwaysIrishINC Since he backed out I assume IU had to pay a shit ton of money for breaking the contract with ND......oh that didn't happen I wonder why?
@ZachOsterman Indiana also got conservative on both of those droves and ran the ball all 4 times on the turn over on downs and I believe 3 times before kicking the field goal. Not sure why as NW's couldn't handle IU's WR's.
@FastPhysicalCig@TheIndianaBison Exactly. I didn't like that we were able to move the ball down the field on them by passing into the red zone and then get conservative running the ball inside the 10. The first drive we ran it 4 times and didn't score and in the 2nd half 3 times before kicking a FG.
@SamOlbur Seiya needs a day off or to move way down on the order. I can call every at bat right now......take fast ball for a strike then swing at two breaking balls in the dirt for the strikeout.
@scotthatch22 I will agree on half your statement, but to throw Pedro in there is crazy. In his two chances with runners in scoring position he likely hit one of the hardest balls all night and lined out to first and then had a hit taken away from his by the 2nd baseman who made a great play.
@voiceofcohen2 And the cubs pitching staff has given up even more homers than they have hit and you are not going to out hit every team in the playoffs.
@scotthatch22 Likely would of had a few RbI's if you use small ball and move runners up when your 7 and 8 hitters get on to lead off an inning. Atleast one of his at bats would have resulted in a sac fly.
@cody__cubs Yep, he's been so good going the other way lately and let a first pitch fastball go that he could have went that way with. Didn't see another good pitch to hit.
