@virginmedia - when I connect to Virgin Media Virtual Assistant via WhatsApp as asked how long should it take for you to join the conversation? It has been an hour and nothing........

@virginmedia I have tried a different tact, I chose the 'I want to cancel' option because it seemed like the only way to get a response, after a number of prompts I have now been told there is a 45 minute wait to correspond with a real person. Not ideal.

@VietnamAirlines - I am having a problem with your website, it is saying ONE OR MORE FREQUENT FLYER CARD IS/ARE INVALID even though that number comes up automatically when I log in and I have checked and it is correct. No answer from customer services. Can you assist?
