@davidson_tonya Just a guess, but I suspect that voting in the House requires physical attendance, thanks to some old-timey-rules.

A great addition to the emergency legislation idea would allow be MPs to attend and vote remotely.

Damn it. Now I'm curious. Gonna have to go read about it.😀
