@jimknight99 Help that person clarify their goal/desired state. Then the third point that is created by the goal/state allows for a more open discussion and can free up their thinking. My cognitive coaching training calls this setting the PACE. As always strong partnership principles help.

@MsKristiM had her students do an activity to talk about perspective in writing. Draw an object and then compare it to someone who drew the same object from across the room. Made a complex concept tangible to start-then expanded it! #johnstonlearns
