@JenLeatherby The addition will also include case management and support services offices. Even after factoring in the other spaces, the cost per unit is high, but this building has to be designed to take wear and tear that a typical apartment won't.

@toughbabyboy @JenLeatherby Great suggestion and our community has programs that do just that. Unfortunately there isn't a one-size-fits-all approach that works. Some individuals face multiple hurdles to self-sufficiency (substance addictions, mental illness, survivors of domestics abuse).
