In my latest work, conducted at @SoilTUD, we studied the legacy effect of 25 years reduced sulphur deposition on Norway spruce tree nutrition.

@Clint_Davey1@HndezDaniel Just curious how important those routes are for the game. Historically you need to take Amersfoort to secure your lines to Amsterdam (not 'S Hertogenbosch) and Bergen op zoom blocks the only land route with Vlissingen (there used to be much more water in that area)
We're pleased to announce a 2-year postdoc position on modeling at @INRAE in collaboration with Berkeley Lab, USA on whole soil warming. Check out the details & desired profile here:

@dawgra93 Nice thread. The painting only shows the "2e régiment de chevau-légers lanciers de la Garde Impériale", which was made up by former Dutch Hussars and had reversed colors of the facings (hence the nickname "red lancers")
@MSchiedung From my experience on (German) university campuses they can indeed be quite dull and lack simple improvements like solar panels on the roofs or bike connections/facilities... How do they expect to inspire people without giving the right example?
Happy to share my first #paper in my #PhD journey on how an “extra pinch” of #pseudosands can enhance our biogeochemical understanding of tropical soil processes.
For standardization in #texture analysis, these water-stable #aggregates are disintegrated into their bits & pieces.
Happy to share our first paper on the legacy effect of past #sulphur pollution on #spruce forest. Here we focussed on the effects on #soil microbial biomass. Done during my postdoc time at @SoilTUD https://t.co/fO3mvT4fmM
🦠 New insights on how microbial communities and investment in nutrient acquisition are related to EPS in tropical soils! Land cover plays a crucial role. Dive in with our 50-day free access link: https://t.co/ivv8vV3OsI. @SoilBiolBiochem@SoilTUD
Moving from Tharandt to Landau. Never nice to say goodbye to the good colleagues of @SoilTUD, but looking forward to my new postdoc position at @rptu_kl_ld in Landau. In the coming years I will continue to study dynamics in soil carbon and nutrient contents in @EJP_C_arouNd
📢Exciting PhD opportunity @tudresden_de with @MPI_BGC & @JoseLab16
We are looking for you - work with us on a DFG-funded project about litter decomposition and SOM stabilization with increasing aridity!

Searching for a PhD student @TUMsoil (Munich) to work on how #OrganicCarbon storage and turnover is influenced by the organo-mineral (porous) microenvironments of microbes (exciting 🇫🇷-🇩🇪 collaboration). Please RT. Thank you!
