@EWood70 Depends on where I’m going. I’d take 5-600 bucks to help someone out, unless I’m headed home to my family or have a deadline to meet! Or if it’s the Super Bowl! Just sayin
Florida’s Orange County school district banned cell phones for the entire school day, even during breaks. So kids can’t use them during class and they can't use them during breaks. They have to keep phones in the backpacks at all times. There’s a "We see it, we take it" policy.
"And on the first day, more than 100 phones were confiscated from students. In the following days, confiscations dropped dramatically. This school district has seen a drop in bullying and a rise in student engagement. Teachers report that there has been "newfound life" injected into the classroom. Students are more talkative and more collaborative." (@scrollingtodeath on IG)
What do you guys think about this no phone policy in school? I like it with an emergency policy where they can use phones in a crisis.
Over the next 7-days, Major Hurricane Lee is going to massively expand in size +
intensity maybe to Category 5+📈
Lee will be one of the most powerful storms we've seen in recent years and thankfully only mixing fish 🐟🌀
Still uncertainty about where Lee goes in 10-days.
@heykayadams Just made the trip. It will be around 7-8 hrs depending on number of stops. Leave the tri state area 4-5 am or the traffic will make it a 9 hr drive
