Why can’t I use my full reward points @airindia ?? When asked your customer rep said clear cookies and change browser!! So it’s clear how #consumers get cheated. Despite changing browser, it doesn’t work. Points are money, not free from #airlines — so why this ploy, #AirIndia?

A month ago I had posted 12-14 envelope from Rajajinagar PO in #Bengaluru. Only 1 reached its Hyderabad address. Rest in #Delhi, #Kolkata, #Pune, etc. no one knows!! @IndiaPostOffice @JM_Scindia is #IndiaPost even functional? Is there any accountability?
