@SouthernRailUK I bought a season ticket last Thursday but it won’t load to my smartcard, tried calling your customer services but all they could advise was to wait 10 days for the email team and buy paper tickets in the mean time. This is not a solution!

@SouthernRailUK This is very frustrating as I travel every day and have to explain to the guards at gates to be let through.
Is there nothing that can be done remotely to fix this?

@WstonesHelp One email sent a week ago, no answer, chased on Monday and still no answer.
I preordered a book in Dec 21, it’s now out in shops and I have heard nothing and no money has been taken. Very disappointed in this service. Please answer your customers!

@WstonesHelp I was in the Brighton store today, they had stock of ‘Demon in the wood’ by Leigh Bardugo. I preordered last December & heard no word since. Poor show selling it to other customers before fulfilling all preorders! If you can get it to your shops, why not preorders!

@lulabelli Totally fair. This new one does look gorgeous, and the cast is fab. I’ll probably wait for the DVD though. Nothing can touch the old classic films of both of these stories though...or David Suchet!
