Dear Followers ,
I have always stood by the truth and my
facts have never gone in disarray. Watch this space !
A FROG DOES NOT JUMP OUT OF THE POND DURING THE DAYTIME WITHOUT A REASON. THERE MUST BE SOMETHING CHASING IT FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE POND.
ACCORDING TO ME THE DEEPER MEANING OF THIS WISDOM IS AS FOLLOWS
In life, people do not always abandon places, positions, relationships, friendships, or powerful institutions without a reason. Sometimes, what appears to be a sudden decision is actually the result of pressure that has been building beneath the surface for a long time.
When you see a frog suddenly jump out of a pond in broad daylight, do not simply ask why it has jumped. Ask yourself what might have frightened it beneath the water.
The same principle applies to human beings. When a leader suddenly changes position, a trusted ally walks away, a political figure abandons a strategy, or a long-standing relationship collapses, there may be a story behind the action that the public does not yet know.
I ASK MY FOLLOWERS NEVER TO CONFUSE THE ACTION YOU SEE WITH THE CAUSE YOU CANNOT SEE.
However, wisdom also teaches us not to mistake suspicion for evidence. The frog may be escaping danger, searching for food, or responding to a changing environment. We must look carefully before reaching a conclusion.
In politics, diplomacy, business, and personal relationships, the most important developments often begin quietly, long before they become visible to the world.
Some people leave because they are afraid. Others leave because they have discovered the truth. Some leave because they see danger approaching, while others leave because they know something that has not yet become public.
Therefore, when someone makes an unexpected move, do not rush to condemn them, celebrate their departure, or assume you understand their motives.
OBSERVE THE MOVE. STUDY THE CIRCUMSTANCES. INVESTIGATE THE PRESSURES. THEN DRAW YOUR CONCLUSIONS.
Remember: the frog may be visible above the water, but the force that made it jump may remain hidden beneath the surface.
LIFE’S LESSON: Sometimes, the departure is not the real story. The real story is what made staying impossible.

PAN-AFRICAN CONTINUUM
Irrevocable Sovereign Recognition and Decoding the Moral Mandate of His Excellency Mwalimu Julius Nyerere.
We recall the pioneer status of Tanzania, which on April 13, 1968, became the first nation to acknowledge the Legal and Moral Fact of Biafran statehood.
We invoke the profound wisdom of Mwalimu Julius Nyerere, who asserted that The purpose of society is Man, and that the Nigerian state, a colonial amalgamation, had lost its right to exist when it began to exterminate the very people it claimed to represent.
DECODING THE HUMAN BEING LOOPHOLE
Mwalimu Nyerere recognized Biafra based on Human Rights, but the 2026 trajectory now decodes the linguistic trap he faced:
1. The Vessel vs. The Chi: Colonial architects used Human Being (humus/dirt-man) to define Africans as Vessels of the State. Nyerere instinctively rejected this by recognizing the Authentic Life of the Biafran people over the Territorial Integrity of a colonial cage.
2. The Moral Verdict: Tanzania recognized that rights do not come from a Poisonous Tree regime (the Nigerian 1914 fiction), but are inherent to the Being. The United States of Biafra now confirms that these rights are properties of the Sovereign Chi, which Tanzania protected when the rest of the world chose the dirt-vessel of Nigerian unity.
ALIGNMENT WITH THE AU CONSTITUTIVE ACT AND UN 2025 MANDATE
Tanzania’s 1968 recognition is the Genetic Blueprint for the AU Constitutive Act:
Article 4(h) and 4(p): The AU’s right to intervene in grave circumstances and its condemnation of unconstitutional changes of government mirror Nyerere’s rejection of the Nigerian military-decreed state.
Resolution A/RES/80/106 (2025): The UN’s mandate to eradicate all forms of colonialism(Self-Erasure) is the modern fulfillment of Tanzania’s 1968 anti-colonial stance. To maintain the Nigerian Replacement Tool is to facilitate a manifestation of colonialism(Self-Erasure) that Tanzania has already irrevocably rejected.
The fiction of the 1914 amalgamation has been exposed by the 2024 Lahti Restoration. Tanzania’s moral courage in 1968 remains an Irrevocable Verdict.
We do not seek a new relationship after recovering from interrupted sovereignty and illegal occupation; we reclaim a Sacred Covenant based on Truth, Dignity, and the Restoration of the Chi.
The Patterns are Uncovered. The Moral High Ground is Reclaimed. The Restoration is Final.

PRESS RELEASE
13 October 2026
UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA MISSIONS SUBMIT FORMAL CORRECTION DEMAND TO EUAA
The Unified Administrative Missions of the United States of Biafra (Restored), Successor of the Republic of Biafra, announce that formal correspondence dated 11 October 2026 has been sent to the European Union Agency for Asylum – EUAA @EUAsylumAgency, for the attention of Ms Nina Gregori (@NinaGregoriEUAA), Executive Director, and the Agency.
Reference: USB/UM/EUAA/10102026/001
The submission demands correction, disclosure of supporting records and review of prejudicial statements concerning Biafran institutions and nationals in Section 2.2.3 of EUAA’s Country Guidance: Nigeria.
The correspondence challenges inaccurate institutional chronology, the omission of material judicial findings concerning Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s abduction and unlawful transfer from Kenya, and categorical allegations of serious criminal conduct against Biafran institutions.
It records the transition of the Biafra Republic Government in Exile (BRGIE) into the UNITED STATES OF BIAFRA(Restored) SUCCESSOR OF THE REPUBLIC OF BIAFRA, following the Declaration of Restoration of Biafra Independence in Lahti, Finland, on 29 November 2024. It also draws attention to the USB Constitution’s commitments to human dignity, equality, the rule of law and respect for international law.
Our demands include:
• Correction of demonstrable errors and publication of a dated revision notice.
• Disclosure of the evidence, sources and methodology supporting the contested allegations.
• Proper consideration of the submitted judicial, constitutional and documentary records.
• Preservation of relevant records and a reasoned written response.
The correspondence further requests scrutiny of the materials concerning H.E. Simon Ekpa’s proceedings and the Government’s objections regarding their fairness and evidentiary reliability.
These concerns directly affect the dignity, reputation and protection of Biafran nationals, including those seeking asylum. Serious allegations require verifiable evidence, precise attribution and independent scrutiny.
The United States of Biafra rejects collective criminalisation of its people and institutions. We reserve the right to pursue available administrative and judicial remedies should these concerns remain unresolved.
Biafrans have the right to present their own records, defend their institutions and demand fair treatment. We expect EUAA to address this submission with the seriousness it warrants.

KENYA HAS SPOKEN: FINLAND MUST UPHOLD JUSTICE AND REJECT TRANSNATIONAL REPRESSION
The Unified Administrative Missions of the United States of Biafra have issued the attached statement ahead of the appeal verdict concerning H.E. Simon Ekpa, expected tomorrow, 15 October 2026.
Kenya’s High Court declared H.E. Nnamdi Kanu’s abduction, torture and forcible removal to Nigeria unlawful and held the Kenyan government accountable for violating his fundamental rights.
That judgment carries a powerful message: international cooperation cannot excuse state complicity in human rights abuses.
Having submitted extensive supporting material to the Court of Appeal of Eastern Finland and other relevant authorities, we call for the overturning of H.E. Simon Ekpa’s conviction and his immediate, unconditional release.
Finland must ensure that its institutions uphold justice and resist any attempt to turn judicial cooperation into an instrument of political persecution.
Biafran lives are not expendable. Our rights are not bargaining chips.
