Für die Bürger gibt es die Bundesverfassungsbeschwerde (und davor natürlich alle anderen Gerichte).

Bitte mal §§ nennen, aus dem sich "ziviler Ungehorsam" als Rechtfertigung ergibt

He's European. Most Europeans have different standards than prudish Americans or Australians. But why didn't his tour manager warn him?

Trans people should have the right to live whatever way they want!

I just don't want to lie for them or use other language. And I don't want women to lose out because of others' life choices.

@CollinRugg @Riley_Gaines_ I don't get the hate she receives. She doesn't say she hates trans people or wants to stop pretending to be women.

She wants fairness in sports and she does see that there must be found a solution for transgender athletes, but not at the cost of female athletes.

@CliimateCrisis @JohannGruen Der Unterschied ist, dass Klimakleber Straftaten begehen, Falschparker lediglich Ordnungswidrigkeiten. Wenn die Klimakleber auf den Rechtsstaat pfeifen und meinen das wäre "ziviler Ungehorsam", dürfte dies für jeden gelten
