@DGlaucomflecken The system I work for is doing this too. Merging with another hospital system that also lost money. So far all they have done is announce more executive positions. The highest salaried people who generate zero income. That math ain’t mathin’ 🤔 #makeitmakesense

@nataliemwall I lost a best friend to suicide almost a year ago. This grief is a process which I am not actually sure has an end. It is so heavy. Been through some things in life- it pales in comparison. Wishing your heart peace.
