Georgia becomes first state to release school safety resource aligning student supports and threat assessment.

The state's Department of Education just released a new school safety resource that connects student support systems with behavioral threat assessment (BTAM).

Developed with the U.S. Secret Service's National Threat Assessment Center and the National Center on PBIS, the guide gives schools a practical roadmap to spot warning signs early and connect students with support BEFORE a situation escalates.

The goal is to catch concerns early, respond the right way, and keep every kid safe and supported.

👉 Parents: ask your child's school if they have a behavioral threat assessment team in place, and how students get connected to support. Every school should have an answer.

- Entire VA mental health budget for 15 years

or

- Fully fund the coast guard for 4+ years

or

- Head Start for 10+ years

or

- Cancel all federal student loan interest for roughly two years

or

- Universal pre-K for 3-4 years

We've spent more on 10 weeks of war with Iran than we spend on the entire federal judiciary — every court, every judge, every clerk — over roughly 15 years.

@Topbin90 The first half was awful! There was no urgency & creativity to energize the fans, so it got kind of boring. Toklomati’s PK miss was embarrassing, given his theatrics beforehand & it cost us. Subs were made too late. The energy finally picked up when Goodwin & Aloko came on.
