In 2015, Heather Saul shot and killed Neal Falls after he tried to rape her. Luckily she managed to grab his gun away from him and used it against him. When police arrived to investigate the shooting, they found an enormous kill kit in the deceased’s car. They would later credit Heather with stopping an active serial killer.

This led the Federal Bureau of Investigation to believe that Falls had killed at least ten people and they identified Falls as a suspect in a series of dismemberment murders of escorts working on the Las Vegas strip from 2003 to 2007.
