Anyone, should never feel guilty for their success. They should help where they can, but does it mean they are obligated to help all? If so, when can it stop? Where will it stop?

I manage over 160 people, number one issue, is they give up, they usually blame others, until I can teach those willing to try, anyone can succeed.

It makes me sad to know that you have already been beaten. But you are not alone. Many follow in your very steps. And PEOPLE at their core are selfish, regardless of capitalism or socialism.

If only PT is available, get multiple jobs to meet your needs. Aren't we tired of people making excuses of why they can't, when all it takes is hard work.

Lawmakers MUST be held accountable to fix. If min wage goes up, other pos must also inc, and corp. will must make same $. So there will not be a change as prices w inc to meet

I am not debating the need for higher wages, but many people r fooling themselves in think this will fix the issue. With the laws the way they are, nothing can change, because everyone will get a raise. Which means prices have to go up.

@9oldendragon @GoannaDood @ScarletChaos1 @CorporateTuccha With all due respect your both wrong. Where wages are 725, rent is lower. At 15 an hour you can pay rent 1300, utilities 157 and eat. Not great, but minimally, thats at 40 hours a week X 4.33/X.8 (taxes). But there are 168 hrs per week. Only working 40? You want more go get it.

When we surrender we lose. I choose to keep fighting and now make a 6 figure income, no college, a minority and raised poor. What's your excuse?

Will keep trying to move up. Don't give up just because one company did you wrong, there are so many opportunities out there. Dont stop trying.

It is not relative. It is fact. I also am Mexican, and I made it. But you/they MUST work hard and reach for the goal, dont wait for it to come to you/them.

Anyone can do it. But they must work hard. Don't settle for a pt job, get several. If they are not happy, get out. There is always help available if you seek it.

However, if they don't settle and keep trying they can and will. I know, because I did. We were poor and all the rest, work hard and believe and don't settle

Stop the whine and find and fix the problem. Anyone can move up if they want, but it is not handed to you. You have to work for it. Sadly most just want to complain.

You are free to do that here. Not all countries give that to you. As for measuring wealth, it is all relative to the person measuring.
