In 2001, I introduced the concept of a tax credit for homeowners by sponsoring the Arkansas Homestead Exemption bill. That bill, which is now law, saves Arkansas homeowners $375 a year on their property taxes!

Today we celebrate #WorldPrematurityDay! Our daughter Josie was born at 25 1/2 weeks gestation and weighed just 1 lb. 6 oz. We are so thankful for everyone’s prayers and all of the medical professionals at Arkansas Children’s Hospital that saved her life!
