MAF to DFW flight just landed. Miserable flight. Never cooled down. Take this plane out of service

We are sitting on the runway at MAF and we have a hold due to air traffic at DFW. The plane is very hot and they won’t start the second engine to cool off the plane. Can someone at AA headquarters tell the pilot to turn it on to cool us off?
