@hitsman Hey, I just rewatched this and realised you were talking about "notifications", but I experienced something similar recently... I found a pretty solid case of one creator I'm subscribed to who I am absolutely certain YouTube did not show me their videos in my subscriptions tab.

2/2 Even if you like the more majoritarian approach, it's still better to avoid the spoiler effect. Use IRV instead, like Australia's House of Representatives does. Still a mostly 2-party system, but open to changes of who those 2 are, and 3rd parties don't *hurt* their allies.

@williamcfox hey just saw the latest Nebula bonus video. Like you, I don't find these arguments in favour of FPTP particularly convincing, but worthy of exploration. However, even if you accept all those arguments, FPTP still comes out as a terrible system. 1/2

@hawkeyesquared7 You can make a better case in Jet's favour, but let's not forget that the thing that stopped him being viewed as a good guy was his plan to wipe out an entire village in an act of terrorism. Harm to actual oppressors would have been minimal & far outweighed by civilian deaths. 2/

The implication seemed to be that the ancestor was dead, which couldn't be Elminster. Plus the beard was nowhere near impressive enough.
