I worry that we encourage officers to overthink stuff now! Offer help, hammer home how to get it, but encourage them to rationalise it process it and accept it will leave its mark. Thats normal.

@RobertJenrick ThebPolice don't decide whether force used was reasonable, a jury or magistrate does that. Police don't chose to charge either, the CPS do, other than in extreme circumstances
