@Uber_Support The problem is, I made the EXACT SAME ORDER with another service so it wasn’t until I got the second delivery that I realized what happened. and I had no expectation that you would deliver an order that said it wasn’t submitted due to an error.

Can't believe
@ubereats's app had a problem and told me order was not submitted, but apparently submitted the order anyway and made me pay for a delivery I was not expecting. I ordered from @bitesquad and their app worked. Uber won't acknowledge their screwup. #fraud

@Instacart I've done all that on several occasions. Do you bring down servers late at night? This afternoon was better, but have had numerous lag problems in the past. I even used MS Edge last night (I never use Edge). Same problem.
