@metrotrains any chance your customer service guy on shift at Carnegie today could be taught how to deal with people? He knew he was taking a job with a bunch of morons when he signed up, he has no right to get annoyed when people ask why the trains aren’t inevitably running.
In Japan, people queue orderly for trains that run on time. In Melbourne, people wait in a platform for 25 minutes for people to sprint off an escalator to jump in front of you onto the 5th consecutive packed train @metrotrains#monday
@liz3gr@metrotrains Every god damn day this week. Currently waiting on a packed platform while train after train that’s too full comes and goes. Can’t wait to get on one for it to get diverted as soon as I get on 🤙
@metrotrains does diverting a late service direct to Flinders count as a train delivered and on time, even though the planned service never arrived at any of the loop stations? I think we’d all rather be late than never arrive at all #cookthebooks
Can someone explain why old mate Shannon doesn’t get a vote? Considering how these people all want to be professionals, I would think that a vote from someone that witnessed the complete clusterfuck Larissa was in the kitchen would be pretty relevant #MasterChefAU
@metrotrains if you’re going to alter my service because of its ‘late running’ when it’s only 4 minutes late, you can’t then define ‘on time’ as within 5 minutes and claim to have met your performance targets. Pick your lane.
