@jimmyjohns rude experience today, lady snapped “I don’t know what you’re confused about sir” when refusing to sell me a fresh loaf. This is the ~8th time in 2 months they’ve had no day-old bread. Sounds like not enough is being baked. Manager + franchise owner — please address.
