I have to express my absolute disbelief and disgust that on Sunday the 29th June I was sold two tickets to screen 4 at Vue Watford when you knew the air conditioning wasn’t working. Its not worked for two weeks. No mention of it on arrival or the website.

@northernassist obviously you forgot it was the Great North run on Sunday! You sent a 2 car train that was filled with and left dozens on the platform that couldn’t get on at Chester le st. I can’t get a refund from the train line. You now owe me me the refund!
