@ToonRaider_NUFC @HACKETTREF I don't get why people are finding it so hard to understand. If you try and go around a keeper and he gets a touch on the ball it's never been a foul. Like you said they're going to have to start tackling with zero contact if that's a foul.

@SkySportsPL I really don't get what people find so confusing about this. If you try and knock the ball around the keeper and he gets a touch on the ball it isn't a foul and it never has been.
