🚨 BREAKING: The Michigan Court of Appeals just VACATED the convictions of two more guys in the Whitmer kidnapping case.
Paul Bellar and Pete Musico are now FREE (same as Joseph Morrison last month).
The ruling stated the Jury was WRONGLY told kidnapping automatically counts as a “violent felony” and act of terrorism. Court disagreed and said that charge doesn’t hold up under the law.
Dana Nessel is furious, calling it “linguistic gymnastics” and vowing to appeal.
It's fair to assume FBI informants drove most of this and entrapped these men. Now the state’s terrorism case is falling apart on a basic legal technicality.
Whitmer and Nessel milked this story for years and the convictions keep getting vacated...
🚨 TOM HOMAN JUST NOW: "ICE has NEVER arrested anybody in a church — the only people that violated the sanctity of a church was DON LEMON!" 🔥
"It's more dangerous now than it ever has been because of the false stories."
"ICE has never arrested anybody in the hospital. Someone's got a case? Give it to me. Because it's not happened!"
"ICE has never arrested anybody in an elementary school. You got a case, contact me, because it's never happened."
"People don't want to go to church, people don't want to go to the hospital because they're afraid of ICE. That is fear put in the immigrant community by the Democrats who wants to turn the public against ICE."
What happened in Muskegon in 2020 was a MESS. Even a Democrat attorney general decided it should be reported to the FBI — but the Biden administration shut it down.
We're ready to work with President Trump on reopening this investigation and securing Michigan elections.
HOY TOCA DESMONTAR ALGUNAS MENTIRAS:
🚨BREAKING: The U.S. Department of Justice just put @JocelynBenson on notice.
The DOJ didn’t send Jocelyn Benson this letter out of nowhere…
For years, Michigan has been at the center of election controversies under Benson’s leadership.
🔹 Her office has repeatedly been sued over election procedures.
🔹 Courts have pushed back on actions taken by her office, including rulings that she exceeded her authority in issuing certain election guidance without following Michigan’s rulemaking process.
🔹 Her office has faced ongoing criticism over voter roll maintenance, transparency, and compliance with both state and federal election laws.
🔹 Now the U.S. Department of Justice is demanding answers about how Michigan is ensuring noncitizens are kept off the voter rolls, warning that knowingly allowing ineligible registrations or votes could expose election officials to criminal liability.
This isn’t about politics. It’s about accountability.
The Secretary of State’s job is to faithfully execute election law—not rewrite it, ignore it, or test the limits of it in court.
When your tenure is marked by lawsuit after lawsuit, judicial rebukes, and now a warning from the U.S. Department of Justice, that’s not a coincidence. It’s a pattern.
Michigan deserves an election system that follows the law—not one that has to keep being reminded what the law is.

Exactly. No one attempted to kidnap Whitmer and yet she allowed these innocent men to have their lives turned upside down. It’s shockingly callous of Whitmer. And Dems who believe this garbage are every bit as guilty for creating and reinforcing a false narrative that harmed these Americans. It’s infuriating and very sad.
And don’t forget the millions that Whitmer then spent on her security system. Money laundering built right in to the false narrative.
Cathie Wood just explained why the establishment will never stop coming for Elon Musk.
And the reason is worse than they think.
Wood: “Tesla was an environmental move, which I think a lot of people attacking his cars… they’ve forgotten.”
They didn’t forget. You don’t forget thirty years of marching and petitioning and begging for the machine that saves the planet.
Someone built it. Forced every automaker on Earth to follow.
Then they turned on him the moment he delivered exactly what they asked for.
Not because he failed them. Because he made them unnecessary.
A solved problem is an existential threat to every institution built to solve it. Kills the funding. Kills the committee. Kills every career that exists to manage the crisis rather than end it.
Wood: “I think he’s the Thomas Edison of our age… he wants to do the right thing to transform the lot of most of humanity.”
Edison was hated too. By the people who sold candles. Every revolution looks like an attack to the people it makes obsolete.
Wood: “What we learn about material science and technologies… is going to help us here on Earth as well.”
SpaceX is not an escape. It is a forge. Build under the most brutal conditions in the solar system and every breakthrough comes home.
Most people at his level stop building and start protecting what they have.
Musk picks the hardest unsolved problem on Earth and runs straight at it.
That is not what terrifies them. What terrifies them is he does it without their funding, without their approval, without a single thing they can hold over his head.
A man you cannot buy is a man you cannot control. And a man you cannot control who keeps solving the problems you profit from is the most dangerous human alive.
They will spend their careers trying to tear him down.
Their grandchildren will live in the world he built anyway.
Hello Mr. Clinton,
I'm not going to extend to you the courtesy that your paragraph about lawfare extends to Trump supporters. Because I've studied enough of you, to know what you are truly about.
You were President during the post-Cold War sugar high. I have it thoroughly documented that you and your administration met with George Soros frequently, and in short term changed your policy positions to fit whatever George Soros proposed.
Which was: continuous military intervention all over the world. Starting with the bombing of Yugoslavia. You were the original neoconservative. Madeline Albright used "open society" phrasing in communicating your foreign policy documents. You are a part of the long string of failures of nation-building in the name of democracy, the Western interventions that resulted in millions of mass migrants overwhelming our borders, artificial famines, and us building the infrastructure that enabled China to take over the Africa continent and extract African resources for themselves.
But. Most of all. Those of us -- and there are a good deal many of us -- who have been ruined by lawfare. @GenFlynn sacrificed everything. @JeffClarkUS has had his life ruined and is still rebuilding. At the end of the day, only one President has been the subject of repeated assassination attempts and eighty-plus indictments - and it's President Trump. Not anyone in your orbit.
Seriously, Bill. What do you think when you see that a Democrat gets indicted by a grand jury, and a judge inevitably overturns that indictment on grounds that nobody has heard of? "Oh wow the judges are so wise and saw right through a jury of peers! And that wisdom coincidentally happens to always fall on party lines!" Give me a break.
Every single one of us on the right-wing side knows that when your side regains power, your side will turn the full might of lawfare on us. You will cheer on mass incarcerations. You openly brag about that. You even toe the line of threatening to jail current military members if they don't refuse orders from Pete Hegseth.
You are the evil one here. You cheer on the burning of our cities. You cheer on lawfare of Republicans. You never apologized for the millions of lives disrupted all over the world. You never say a word about the billions or even trillions of dollars that have been robbed by your friends through corrupt NGOs.
The fact that none of you are in jail, proves that we are the powerless ones here. You're just afraid that someone sees you for you who are, and you secretly know that image is ugly.
The welfare state devastated the black community, and turned us into a matriarchy. Our women, too often, are married to the federal government
But Uncle Sam is not a good father. And our community is fatherless.
Black America was the canary in the coal mine
Hey Bernie Sanders: George Soros and his son Alex have already spent $102.8 million this cycle. Are you excluding them because they bankroll your far-left causes?
Civilization is an “accident” in the sense that it is largely the result of human action but not of any human design. Language, money, customs, and morals weren’t deliberately invented; they emerged and evolved over generations through the interactions of countless individuals.
🚨 WATCH: Tulsi Gabbard MASTERFULLY laid out every step in Obama’s Russia Collussion Hoax
Every minute of this is worth watching.
Tulsi is exposing EVERYTHING.
It’s the DOJ’s turn now.
The $570,000,000 bus tax does NOT fund senior transportation. Less than 1% of the tax collection will go toward it. Why is SMART lying about this? @NotSmartWayne
🚨 UPDATE: Tulsi Gabbard says there is a war with the deep state going on, sees the base on X asking "why aren't things going faster?"
"I can attest personally that in my work as the Director of National Intelligence, the deep state is fighting us every step of the way."
"You think the campaign was hard, you think what President Trump went through was hard? And it was - the road ahead will not be easy."
"And it exists within every single federal agency. And so I feel the same frustration that I see many of you expressing on X or in different platforms about, Why aren't things going faster? Why aren't we getting results more quickly?"
"I feel this frustration every single day. We are pushing hard. Know that they are pushing hard back."
He calls ICE the enemy at his Presidential Center.
Truly unbelievable…the Deporter-in-Chief who honored Tom Homan now hates enforcement.
Race-baiting shakedown artist exposed. It’s always about race with him.
