@realdogenews No, how would we fund the government. Simply the tax code, remit a fair share per citizen to fund services that the government provides. Unless you can answer the question of how would you fund the govt without income taxes, im opposed to this. Thanks

@emfundertaker And it’s also very important in the older parts of the city as well, those areas developed before rules were in place that exist today that regulate runoff from impervious surfaces. Flash flooding will get worse with climate change

@anthony_schutz I’m not a lawyer I’m a Civil Engineer, I think water law, water rights, policies that have been in place for decades and are very different in eastern and western US, is an absolutely fascinating subject.
