Dear @IndiGo6E booked a flight from Raipur to Lucknow via Delhi. Connecting flight from Delhi to Lucknow is cancelled and airline informed me just 9 hour before. At counter, another flight offered but it increased the layover time by 4 hours. I asked for compensation but denied.

@IndiGo6E As per DGCA, If airline fails to inform the passenger at least 24 hours before the time of departure, or if we miss a connecting flight booked on the same ticket number because of the cancellation, Airline has to pay compensation between Rs 5,000 and Rs. 10,000 to flyer

This Janrath bus conductor in UP32MN8717 was so rude in returning change money. I asked if he doesn't have change then take payment through UPI but he denied and continued to misbehave. People spent 60-70 extra bucks to have a pleasant ride not to suffer.
