The official commencement of #MahakarunaDiwas2023 starts with the Mahakaruna Peace walk in the city of Bengaluru led by Guruji Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena and other senior monks and being participated by monks, devotees and the MIMC Shangrila Group.

On his birthday, which is being celebrated as Mahakaruna Day, the Ven. Acharya Buddharakkhita International Award was presented to Guruji Ven. Bhikkhu Sanghasena for his services to Buddha Sasana and Bada Bhanteji.

I am happy that the MIMC #Shangrila group is able to travel down to south India to present the message of Mahakaruna.
