However, odd observation: GA4 is supposed to deduplicate events based on transaction ID; however, I'm seeing multiple events in GA4 for the same transaction ID.

In other words, what percent of the time are they NOT dealing with a crisis or playing catch up?

Used them when we did a site redesign & just used them again for a set of Us vs. Them tests against competitors.
