No construction was going on. It was a finished section.

Voted, but at what cost? Waited 1 hour at Felicita Club House polling station, Pune after being told a slip wasn’t needed. Wrong online number, conflicting instructions, and staff arguing despite assurance, threatened to send us back. Voters deserve better coordination.
