Have applied for a refund on medical grounds on 11/5 and they haven't processed the refund request till now
Today they tell me that refund team couldn't contact u so they have cancelled the request.

Hope we get redressal of waterlogging issue of Dhakuria bridge under the new govt.
Below posts, umpteen number of complaints to local councilor/mayor didn't provide any resolution, but I hope respected Dr @swapan55 looks into our matter before the rainy season starts
