@NivaBupaSupport Very pathetic service, made payment for porting into Nivabupa on Oct25, but still I haven’t had received the policy documents, I am tired of calling your zonal office and agent, it’s 15 days since the payment and there is no issuance of policy documents.

For @IMOHQ , From supernumerary to Engine Cadet and now an engineer officer ,I would say that #safety is the prime concern that improved in shipping in last 25 years. I started sailing when I was 1.5 years with my dad and is a watch keeping engineer officer now. #SeafarerJourney
