If you care, I’m pretty unsatisfied with @Kohls customer service. I have a receipt for the gift card and the store associate was the first to pull it from the glue and scratch the pin. You could do more to fix this. Instead, my mom is out $100 and my kid is bummed. Merry Xmas.

.@Kohls Currently sitting outside your Tustin store with my kid in tears. She received a $100 gift card from Grandma for Xmas and it had zero balance at checkout. She had to put all her goodies back and walk out with nothing. It was heartbreaking.

Called customer service and they said it was spent on 12/11 even though she didn’t receive it until 12/25. Asked to speak to a manager, sat on hold for 30 mins in the car with my upset kid, then it disconnected and asked me to take a customer satisfaction survey.
