@AmericanAir been on a rolling delay for almost 4 hours. Currently on a plane and know they will cancel this flight due to a timed out crew. Why are y’all playing games with us? I could’ve been sleeping at a hotel 3 hours ago. THIS IS INTENTIONAL.
@garyleff AA isnt flying DFW-NRT for a week in Feb 26. My EWR-DFW-NRT-CGK J booking for 3 is now in shambles. What’s the minimum they should be able to offer? Make space on their own metal on another date? Everytime I call they say “no availability, call back in a week or cancel”
@JetBlue I’ve tried checking in 3 times via kiosk and app. Now I’m forced to stand in the slowest moving help desk line. Despite being at the airport on time, I may now miss cut-off times. Totally unacceptable.
@NJTRANSIT with this new expiration policy https://t.co/Sdjq4mI7bJ, you’re telling me you’re keeping my hard earned money for my 100 one-way tickets that I won’t be able to use before July 31st?
@TMFanSupport how do I get a refund for Marlon Wayans show that was supposed to start at 9PM but I’m still outside in the cold waiting in line at 10:15PM with no clue of when show will start?
@garyleff 1/ have two one way business class award flights booked on Etihad in November. I’m trying to add a lap infant and AA wants over $3,000 on one flight and over $1,500 on the other.
2/ The going rate of both flights are about $5,000 for business class. I’ve used ITA matrix to price it. How is AA not getting the pricing correct if infant lap seat is ~10% or fare? Please help! My thanksgiving trip is in jeopardy!

@garyleff Thanks Gary. Think it would be something interested to post about (assuming it’s a topic you haven’t touched on already). What to do/expect when your hotel has a delayed opening. For context, the hotel I’m referring to is the Kimpton Roatan.
@garyleff booked a stay at a new Kimpton that was set to open 09/01. Now looking at the hotel it’s set to open 10/01 and no one reached out. We reached and they are just offering to waive resort fee if we change our dates. Seems like we should be entitled to something more, no?
@ProteaHotels is this what guests should expect when staying at one of your hotels? Roaches and dead bugs all over the room? Front desk was no help during my stay.
