Expectation Vs Reality- On vacation with my kids from USA to show them my hometown and India’s growth story. Instead saw waste dumps across my hometown Rohtak. even outside a police station. Kids shocked and asked: "how does government allow this to happen” , I had no answer.

Leaving India with a heavy heart. Rohtak—my hometown—is filled with garbage heaps and broken roads across main areas. How is real development happening when basic sanitation and civic infrastructure look like this?
