@AskCiti Mike, after tossing my call between citi banks different department the problem is still not resolved. It’s such a simple problem but no one is able to address it. Is there any executive contact that I can try connecting and explaining this to close ?

@Citi I have a advantage credit card with citi and I reported a fraud on this card. Even though citi has reverted all the charges but I still get a bill of 267.95 with no itemised details. How is that possible ?

@AskCiti Thanks Mike but I am on a call with citi service team and the gentlemen Alex & his team is helping but it’s 3 hrs marathon for me. Wish there was a better IT system in citi to help the team. I will post the final update here

@ICICIPruMF I have invested in icici prudential fund 2 months back but the units have not been credited yet. Agents have stopped responding to my calls now. I thought icici has far better customer service.

@flyspicejet I will publish a new book-> how to lose customer by SpiceJet. I had a round trip flight from Bangalore -Delhi-jamu. SpiceJet smartly delayed the connecting flight by 16 and 10 hrs. Which means I ended up paying thrice the amount ticket price now. Such a shame..
