@JioCare So same issue…today being 3rd day without Internet…are you going to provide additional days to your customers for usage? What kind of issue you are facing which is not resolvable in 3 days?
@IndiaTriumph have been struggling to get support from service station to get issue resolved from more than month now. No ownership, no seriousness!! It’s just lingering even after talking to all escalation points @OfficialTriumph

Experience at store was very bad. I have handed over my glasses but was asked to call n check if it can be repaired or not as store manager was not available as per store executive.
Also dishearten with response tone as they were not aware about my visit.
@peyushbansal are we sure this cannot be repaired ? Happy to pay for replacement cost? It’s useless product for me if u can’t get it repaired after charging 7k…@Lenskart_com says they can stick with fevistic. Very sad if that’s true!!

@Grofers@theknownface@albinder Why am I getting calls to cancel the order?? Also I get detail of delivery boy and then it gets cancelled!! Is customer is joke to you who waits 20 days for normal order!! Such a poor service and query resolution!!
@Grofers can you check why delivery guy is coming with half order?? In both 2 attempts he is not getting stuff as ordered!!
