@EaseMyTrip It is your responsibility at a ticket agent to get the refund from @airindia. That's why I am saying the refund team of @EaseMyTrip @easemytrip_care is not effective enough to get the refund from airlines @airindia @RNTata2000

@EaseMyTrip @airindia @nishantpitti see how your refund team is working. I cancelled my tickets on 6th sep but till 20th sep there is no refund. This is how @EaseMyTrip @easemytrip_care make money. Even the teams best efforts are showing no results. Kindly look into it.
