Hey @UberEats @Uber_Support I pay for an Uber One membership for "priority" service, yet your driver just dumped my food at a random doorstep, admitted on the phone he was at the wrong address, and marked it delivered without getting my OTP. Your support team is doing nothing

Driver called me, admitted he was at the wrong address, said he'd cancel it, but instead threw my food on a random porch & marked it delivered. No OTP was shared. Even as an Uber One member, support is ghosting me. Refund my money.
