असल मुद्दा यह है कि उस स्थान पर फायर सेफ्टी के पर्याप्त इंतजाम थे या नहीं? आपातकालीन निकास की व्यवस्था क्यों नहीं थी? यदि रास्ते संकरे थे और सुरक्षा मानकों का पालन नहीं हो रहा था, तो फिर संबंधित नगर निगम, स्थानीय प्रशासन, पुलिस और अन्य नागरिक एजेंसियों ने इसकी अनुमति कैसे दे दी?

जवाबदेही तय होनी चाहिए कि किस स्तर पर लापरवाही हुई, किसने नियमों की अनदेखी की और निरीक्षण के बावजूद कमियों को नजरअंदाज क्यों किया गया। केवल संवेदनाएं व्यक्त करने या रोना-धोना करने से काम नहीं चलेगा।

It appears that if an engine seizes due to water mixing with ethanol in the fuel, petroleum companies or dealers bear no liability.

I doubt insurance companies will accept this liability either. They may explicitly exclude such cases.

If an engine seizes, how expensive will the repair or replacement be?

For no fault of their own, why should the public bear such a huge financial burden?

Yesterday, 2 students missed their exam in Bengaluru even though they arrived at 1:35 while the exam time was 2:00, they were late for 5 minutes. Still, they should have been allowed.

BJP attacked Congress as it was Bengaluru, now many such videos are coming, this is from MP. A candidate and her father broke down outside the examination centre as she was not allowed for being few minutes late.

This problem happened because of examination authorities, they should have exempted 5-10 min delay. Also, examination centres were very far away. Only Dharmendra Pradhan is responsible for this.

That’s why one should call immediately to confirm and if he doesn’t move after the call, cancel.

A very common issue faced by users of Uber, Ola, Rapido and other cab apps:

The booking gets confirmed. ETA shows 10 minutes.

You close the app and wait.

A few minutes later you check again, only to discover that the cab hasn't moved an inch from the location where it was when the booking was accepted!

You call the driver. No answer.

You keep checking and calling for the next few minutes. Nothing changes.

Finally, with a train, flight or important meeting looming, you cancel the ride (often at your own cost) and book another cab.

Why do some drivers behave like this?

What do they gain by accepting a ride and then not moving or responding?

And is there anything passengers can do to avoid this frustrating situation?
