When did banks get permission to decide the selling price of products for businesses?

I genuinely don’t understand how this is supposed to work.

If I’m selling a device for ₹20,000 and decide to sell it for ₹20,500 while still staying below the MRP how exactly will the bank ensure that I don’t?

Would love to hear from someone with expertise in banking/finance. Am I missing something here?
