@shiladitya4u Morepen has found a non infringing process to make bempedoic acid, selling it to generic makers worldwide. Product is already generic in unregulated markets and EU validation batches have begun. Should be able to start selling in EU in January 2029.

@WizardsUnknown VC money seems to fleeing the mattress industry but have to track if they can still maintain gross margins with higher polyol prices. If they can do 15%+ volume growth while maintaining/improving margins it could be an interesting bet.
