I’m a Growth Strategist.

I work with founders and teams to understand what’s actually holding their growth back and what needs to change.

I don’t look at growth as just a marketing or acquisition problem.

I look across the business:

• Market & ICP
• Product & customer value
• Positioning
• GTM & acquisition
• Sales & conversion
• Retention
• Pricing & monetization
• Revenue & growth economics

The process is pretty simple:

Understand the business → diagnose the problem → find the root cause → prioritize the right moves → execute → measure.

Sometimes the bottleneck is distribution.
Sometimes it’s positioning, product value, sales, retention, pricing, or simply going after the wrong customer.

The important part is figuring out which one actually matters before throwing more resources at the problem.
I mainly work with B2B SaaS, AI, software and technology companies.

Here I share my thinking through business teardowns, growth frameworks, research, and lessons from working with founders.
