@Hybridathlete I’ve done a bunch, for a sprint, Olympic & sometime even a 70.3, you don’t need lubricant. You could even get away without a race belt if you don’t want to purchase one (although pretty cheap). For swim, it’s so short, you already have the endurance, just stay true to good form.
