Why is is that I can get no updates from optimum! Surprising that News12 also doesn’t cover it as a news story. Why can’t someone from optimum provide a more specific update and stop leaving loyal customers hanging?

@OptimumHelp Been out for 6+ days now in 11731. Inconsistent messages for service restoration and longer than usual call hold times. Not acceptable, and would like some realistic status update.

@OptimumHelp Being in the customer service field, having no automation for status updates, phone hold times in excess of an hour, & inconsistent messaging around restoration is unacceptable. Been out for 2+ days now in 11731 & no trucks anywhere in area! A formal investigation is needed!

@OptimumHelp Where is the customer service? Also tried ur chat service and never received a reply. No trucks in area and no response or updates. For the price being paid there should be better resolution.
