This way doesnโt cost the tax payer.
@AshyCompounds It could be an effective tax on gains if someone decides to take profits from an investment and leaves in cash for a period time and earns interest on that until itโs invested again.
It basically forces people to invest in shares at all times and not leave cash for dips.

When stocks are at all time highs and you have take profits this should be allowed in the account to be able to buy the dips.
