When a MF scheme crosses churn rate of 50%, make it mandatory to issue a warning to its investors. #SEBI must ensure the investor is made aware that his fund manager is trading heavily. A fund that churns more than 50% must be deemed a “trading fund” till churn rate drops <25%.
